Negative and putrid rhetoric from persons with whom you associate, especially family members, can have a deliberating impact on an individual struggling hopelessly to gain employment.
……. “You are not trying hard enough to get a job!”
………………. “You’re the only one without a job, how much lazier can you get?”
Persons who have the luxury of never been in a situation wherein they found it difficult to acquire employment can never truly understand the shame and pain that arise from not being gainfully employed. They never seem to understand all the hard work that is involved in putting oneself out there time and time again after having faced a series of rejections. Nonetheless, in order to keep your sanity intact and continue to strive for success it is incumbent that one must;
Focus his/ her efforts on setting and achieving meaningful career and personal goals.
Eliminate all aspects of self-doubt and thoughts of yielding to daily pressures.
Uncover the strength to rise above criticisms and elements of derision.
Establish and maintain relationships and contacts that serve to steer you along a positive path.
Find the courage to overcome setbacks and disappointments.
You were gifted with the ability to unlock the power which exists within you to succeed; rise to the occasion and reach for the stars.

It is often times very difficult to overcome setbacks especially when it has become the norm. Nonetheless, you couldn’t have stated this more profoundly, “you are gifted to unlock the power that exists within you”.
I think that this is The best way to say how to get a job and not listen to the hateful people towards you.
Your last point truly resonates with me. It is not very often that we have the courage to rise above setbacks and disappointment. However, I have realized over the years that if we are not willing to fight through our battles in order to overcome them, no one will do it for us. We have to find the strength and the determination to tap the potential that lay dormant within us and break the so-called barrier/ ‘glass ceiling’, that holds us in captivity.
